Andrew has spent over 20 years helping businesses grow, and he knows corporate law inside out.
From start-ups to SMEs, Andrew’s there for the entire journey — whether it’s navigating day-to-day business contracts, understanding board dynamics, or handling M&A deals worth £20 million. He’s done it all.
Andrew’s background in a London City firm means he’s used to negotiating with the big names, but he’s as hands-on and responsive as they come.
He founded his own corporate law consultancy before joining Allsopp Campbell Rainey, where he’s continued to help businesses thrive.
He’s passionate about supporting entrepreneurs, guiding them through acquisitions, restructuring, and preparing for exits.
But it’s not all about business — Andrew also is a trustee of a London council estate charity as well as a property trust providing accommodation for community based workers in West London.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Andrew hiking in the hills around Belfast.
